When daddy comes home, you always start a fight...

One month at the new job and I'm still there. One of the people who work there with me came out of their office today and exclaimed, "you're still here! That makes me so happy!" which made me surprisingly happy even though it was a bizarre thing to say. It is a pretty hectic work environment but that is an inevitability in trying to coordinate a dozen technicians and a hundred patients. I am really enjoying it all...

In other news. I have started to sew some bags. I always felt like it was a bit futile to sew bags since there are so many seamstresses that already do it so well. While that continues to be true. I am enjoying making really simple over-the-shoulder bags and giving them as gifts. Out at the camp that I worked at up until a month ago, I have 3 summer staffers that were mine to encourage, pray for and talk to, so when I left, I made them all really simple bags as an "I'm leaving you but I still love you" present to assuage the pain of abandonment. I hear that works really well. Anyways, it only took me an hour or so to make these bags and they LOVED them. I was so pumped about that, so watch out... you might be getting a bag in the near future...

HAHAHAHAHA Reid. haha. ahahaha. I don't know why but that comment tickled my funny bone in a major way.

And BB - I used my Pony Up over the shoulder bag today and felt VERY fashionable. Thank you very much.

Hey. I hereby commission you to sew me an amp cover for my ampcoverless guitar amp! Could you do it?
