Sweetness, I was only joking when I said...

How's everybody doing today? Good? Good.

Everything is covered in a layer of frost here this morning. I didn't dress apropriately for work today so I have been borrowing items from the lost and found. Things are picking up and I am keeping busy. I can't wait for the sun to come and greet us again. Evidently the Daffodils and Iris' also cannot wait; I found them popping their heads out of the frozen ground today. I shook my head like a knowing grandmother watching her grandkids trying to lick the frost off of a flagpole.

As I'm laying into my third cup of coffee this morning, I'm spending my break looking at Abbeys and Monastaries in my area. I had no idea how many are nestled into the middle Willamette Valley. There is one pretty close to the Oregon Garden and I am dreaming of taking a trip down there to hit them both up on the same trip. I just need the sun to coax some more flowers out first. Here are some monastary goats. Very exotic.
