Yes, my birthday is not until December, but due to forces beyond my control, we are celebrating THIS WEEKEND. It's going to be my quarter of a century party. Old, yet still young...
Wow, typing a quarter of a century reminds me of how I've always looked forward to being 25. I though I'd be established in my job, free from acne, a creative genious, financially secure, and married to an awesome man.
Now that my 25th birthday is upon me I can only say the last one for sure.
I did just find out that my "temp"position out here at the camp will turn into permanent on the 31st. Hooray!
Lastly, but not leastly, I've invited some people over this fri-sun for a weekend of birthday decadence. If you are in driving distance and are not internet-stalking me from a minimum security facility, you are more than welcome to come over for a drink and a gander with the Jack-O dog.
