Fall is here and this morning I discovered ice on my car for the first time in a long time. I am really enjoying all things October this year. I was so sad to see the summer end but now that I am eating squash and cutting Cattails out of ditches to decorate with, I'm quite pleased.Matt and I went to our first giant pumpkin festival last weekend. Our friends grow giant pumpkins so we went to see the weighing and his weighed in at almost 700 lbs! I couldn't believe it. I could've made 300 pumkins pies at least!
Jackie isn't so sure about this fall business though. We have to have a conference every morning to see if it is dry enough out that we can leave the door open for her to go outside and chase cats.
