Hard heart of steel

I got my hair cut last night. It was pretty good. I haven't gotten it trimmed for 2 years and I haven't gotten it styley-cut in 4 years. I did some home-modifications in that between time which were not very pretty. It had gotten long so when she combed it all out she said, "wow, one side is an inch longer than the other" I snickered and she looked at me sympathetically and said, "it's ok. We'll fix it". I didn't want to tell her that I also lived in a trailer, she might have mercy-killed me right there.
