like a dead squirrel in the street in front of my house that a neighborhood child laid a daffodil on.
After work I was walking to the bus, trying to figure out why it was still light out.
"Wow" I said, "I can't believe that I'm walking in daylight, summer is coming so fast!" then I realized daylight savings was 3 days ago. Hey, I don't work mondays and tuesdays, get off my back.
So, we aren't going to Mexico this year. I'm sad because there are so many of my friends going this year, but the new job won't allow time off for me. I really like my new job. I didn't realize that full time jobs could seem so fast. I have a lot to do as far as problem solving goes, and I get to work with people who are all pretty friendly.
Mattford was on the news here. He was at school sitting out front today counting cars in one of our lawn chairs. His duty was to count cars and the numbers of occupants. So the news drove past and stopped to ask him what he was doing. Then they left, came back, and interviewed him. HE'S FAMOUS NOW! We have to have Jackie do a perimeter check every hour now to keep people from sneaking into our yard and taking pictures through the airstream windows.
